1. Who controls your data

This site is operated by PT ADIKARYA TEKNOLOGI NUSANTARA, a single-member limited liability company registered at JL. Raya Proklamasi No. 17, RT 006, RW 002, Tanjungmekar, Karawang Barat, Karawang Regency, West Java 41311, Indonesia.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to respond to your request. Nothing is collected without your knowledge.

• Data you send through the contact form: name, email address, company name (if provided), service of interest, budget range, and your description of the requirement.
• Visitor data collected automatically: pages opened, time of visit, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from the IP address.
• Technical data from service providers: server access logs for security and troubleshooting.

3. Cookies and Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors find them. Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser and sends visit data to Google.

Google Analytics is loaded only after you scroll, touch the screen, or press a key. Visitors who merely open a page without interacting are therefore not tracked by analytics.

Data sent to Google is aggregate and does not contain the contents of the form you send us. Processing on Google's side is governed by Google's privacy policy. You may refuse tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or blocking cookies in your browser — this site works fully without those cookies.

4. Basis and purpose of processing

• Responding to enquiries or quotation requests you send.
• Performing a service agreement where you become our client.
• Understanding how the site is used so its content can be improved, on a legitimate-interest basis that does not disadvantage you.
• Meeting legal obligations, including transaction records and taxation.

5. Retention and security

Data you send through the form is stored in our email and WhatsApp services, not in a database on this site. This site stores no visitor data itself.

Access is limited to those who need it to respond to you. All connections to this site use HTTPS.

6. Third parties involved

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

• Google (Google Analytics) — visit measurement.
• Email and hosting providers — sending and storing mail.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — where you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.

7. Your rights

Under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you may request access to your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure, withdraw consent, and object to processing.
