2. Nature of the information here
Service descriptions, examples of work, and cost ranges on this site are general illustrations. Binding figures and scope are always set out in a separate quotation or agreement.
We aim to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that every statement is free of error. If you find a discrepancy, tell us so it can be corrected.
3. Basis of engagement
- Every engagement is preceded by a written summary covering scope, deliverables, schedule, and a cost range.
- Changes to scope beyond that summary are set out as a separate agreement, with the corresponding adjustment to schedule or cost.
- Rights to the work pass to the client once final payment is settled, unless the agreement states otherwise.
- Client data and business processes are kept confidential, with the written undertaking set out in the engagement agreement.
4. Payment
Payment terms — amounts, stages, and deadlines — are set out in the agreed quotation. Late payment may suspend work in progress.
5. Limitation of liability
We are responsible for carrying out the work as agreed in writing. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from use of a system outside the agreed purpose.
This site links to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first resolved amicably; failing that, they are resolved by the competent court in the jurisdiction of Karawang Regency.
